The previous poster is correct that these people work out for 3-4 hours a day. Also, because they lose weight so fast they are likely to have a lot of excess skin, and a higher percentage of their weight loss is coming from muscle instead of fat- which is not what you want. So I'd never recommend (to an adult or young person) to try and lose weight this way.

| First of all, they're grown adults who are being supervised by medical experts the entire time. So no, it's definitely not something healthy or realistic for anyone else to try. And I think they workout for 4 hours a day, but I might be a bit off on that.

Is it healthy for those people to lose 10 pounds per week? If so, is it healthy for me? What kind of exercises do they do and how long do they workout each day. Does anyone know?
