Personally I love going out and just running. If you run for a wile, then walk briskly, then run again, I get that great cardio and when I walk... I get a great tightening of my buns and thighs You don't have to run a lot if its not your thing, just run a block, or until you feel you need a break, just to get that heart beating.
HEHE and try palettes. Great for toning.

start off slow. you don't want to hurt yourself in present or in the future. i love taking morning walks before i start my hectic day around my neighborhood or at night. i sometimes walk with friends or family and just talk and before you know it you've walked 2 or 3 miles. another thing i love doing is just blasting some music and let loose. dance around like crazy is a great workout that doesn't feel like a workout. you can research on the internet for different routine and circuits you can try and find the one that fits you. hope that helps.
