Make sure your calories burned goal reflects how much exercise you're really doing. If you're doing 3 times as much as the program thinks you are, you're probably not eating enough. Once you update that information, your calorie range will update too and you'll know if you need to start eating more.

I've been doing sparkteens since the end of May. I've followed my calorie goal and my fitness goal, started eating breakfast every day, drank at least 9 glasses of water a day, even tripled the amount of calories that are suggested for me to burn to lose weight. And I've barely lost any weight in 5 weeks. I don't know what to do. Any advice?
