here are some activities you can do outside that are fun and can help you lose weight:
-hiking - 2 hours you can lose 1,090 calories! -badminton- 30 mins you can lose 206 calories! -swimming -1 hour of vigorous swimming you can lose 897 calorie! -biking- 1 hour you can lose 363 calories! -Soccer- 30 mins you can lose 321 calories! -basketball- 30 mins you can lose 376 calories! -jogging- 30 mins you can lose 321 calories! -dancing- 1 hour you can lose 545 calories! -skipping- 30 mins you can lose 461 calories! -stretching- 10 mins 61 calories!, this will help with your flexibility! -trampoline is a great way to lose weight
lets say you go biking for an hour around your neighborhood, then you stretch for 10 mins, after that you skip for about 30 mins = 1 hour and 40 mins which =885 calories! if you plan on being outside even longer doing things that are listed above you will lose more calories which means you have a better chance of loosing weight!!

Hi. I thought that aside from my workouts, I would go outside for most of the day and be active. But the thing is, is that I just don't know what to do! I don't want to walk around all day, and there are no kids my age in the neighbourhood. I do have a trampoline though, but I can't think of fun things to do on it. I'm overweight and not flexible just to let you know Any tips or suggestions? Also, will being active outside for most of the day help me lose weight? If you could let me know, I'd be really happy!
