Definitely, girl!! Shoot for 5-7 pounds. That's reasonable.. actually a little below what you could lose. THAT WAY.. if you lose more.. you'll feel a lot more accomplished!!

Well.. crackers are good for you. They're a main part of the bread group. But, you shouldn't eat like a whole pack of them!! lol Just eat in moderation, hun!!

wow! i never new that! to bad not a lot of people know that, or the world won't be unfit! i feel so guilty! last night i had 4 cracker sandwitches, with a little bit of ranch. 4 pb cracker sandwitches, and some more crackers! is that healthy?

My mom told me that if you're more active while you're on your period.. it'll be over with more quickly AND your cramps won't be as bad. =]
