Moderation is key. Also, creating a good balance between great for you and not so good for you foods throughout the day is also important. Yesterday I ate icecream and sourpatch kids with my boyfriend but I had also went on a run that morning, we were walking about a mile and half to this place fireworkds were going off and we had to walk back. I ate fruit for lunch and had broccoli and brown rice for dinner. When I weighed myself this morning, I hadn't gained anything. So I find if you add calories to one meal, you should cut back a little bit at the next. Goodluck!

I think it's important to still have the foods you enjoy, but if they are things that aren't very healthy, you'll just want to have them in moderation.

Hope that helps,
