| Moderation is key. Also, creating a good balance between great for you and not so good for you foods throughout the day is also important. Yesterday I ate icecream and sourpatch kids with my boyfriend but I had also went on a run that morning, we were walking about a mile and half to this place fireworkds were going off and we had to walk back. I ate fruit for lunch and had broccoli and brown rice for dinner. When I weighed myself this morning, I hadn't gained anything. So I find if you add calories to one meal, you should cut back a little bit at the next. Goodluck!

I think it's important to still have the foods you enjoy, but if they are things that aren't very healthy, you'll just want to have them in moderation.
Hope that helps,
Coach Jen
