Another good idea is as well as doing your crunches etc, try to engage (use) your abs whenever you do ANYTHING- when you walk, when you jump, heck even when you're getting out of bed. And just randomly pull them in like when you're on the computer or something. I've always had quite good abs (they were pretty damn amazing before I put on weight, and my stomach is still flat even now!) and I've always done this thing of engaging my abs in everything I do. I always assumed that everyone did it but, no, apparently not! Anyway, eventually it will become second nature.

eating lots of protein and veggies will help you stay full and burn fat. running/jogging/walking will help lose belly fat. trying a variety of exercises will help you reach that goal. there are a lot of things you can do that you don't realize you use the muscle around your stomach and can even get rid of "love handles"

I'm not fat in the waist, but I kindof had a no ab stomach and felt chubby in a way. But what i do to achieve great abs, is before i get onto the computer i do 25 crunches, and each time i do a set of 25 I work on a different part of my stomach, with excersises such as the regular crunch and side crunches. And for every 30 minutes that i'm on the cumputer i do another set of 25, and also when i leave my room i do 25 crunches. And before I knew it i was doing an average of 300 crunches a day. And right now with all my work i now have abs on my upper abdominal. I'm still working to get a six-pack but just doing what i this has really got me far, also doing leg raising helps alote. hope this helps
