It's good to do a variety of core exercises, so check out the exercise demos in the Fitness Resource Center. Also check out the article "Spark Your Way to a 5K" for tips on how to build up your endurance for running.

| yes and no because your only focusing on the front abs try many kinds of crunches and alternate moves also try strating off as a jog then speed up the pace and then if your tired go to a paced walk hope this works for you

do cruches actually work??? cuz i can do those things all day but i dont know if it works. i hope so. and does anyone have any tips on running? i get out of breathe really easy and everything so does anyone have any tips one that?
