| Instead of changing program every 6 weeks, why don't you try sticking with a good one and outgrow it before changing for another one? I find after 2 months I can evaluate if i'm sticking to it instead of changing.

If you ask me, you can't have too much variety, so your plan sounds good!

I think that that is good! :] I do that... I do the same work out for three days.. then I change. I think it still helps. :]

i know that its important to switch up workouts every 6 weeks or so in order to challenge your muscles and not get stuck at plateaus.
but i was wondering if it is ok to do a completely new strength workout every session. i get pretty bored easliy...but i'll still exercise the major muscles, i'll just use a different move.
is this okay or is this too much variety? thanks!!
