here are some things that i like to do when i'm tired of running... swimming, cycling, dancing, speed walking, jump rope, tae bo (or similar workout videos), and dodgeball if i could get friends! these usually give me a good workout without feeling like i'm "working out". plus they are more fun then running. hope this helps

ok so my goal weight to loose 40 pounds i know it will take a long time but i need some cardio workouts but no running! So anything else great workouts will be greatly appreciated
