| I read in one of my mom's workout books that you burn more calories when you workout on an empty stomach. Or at least an almost empty stomach.

| Be careful about eating right before you exercise. I've made that mistake twice in the past year and it wasn't fun... I felt like I was going to throw up! lol.

You'll end up eating before and after. Keep in mind that you don't have to exercise right after eating to burn calories you eat during a meal. Simply eat 3 meals and 2 snacks throughout the day and make sure you're meeting the recommendations on your Nutrition Tracker for calories, etc.

Okay so for my workout i dance around to great music for cardio and then strength train and whatnot. Would it be better to eat before or after a workout? like a meal. and if i accidentally do it after, do you think i should workout againn later on in the day?
