its normal to lose .5 to 2.5 pounds a week so its okay. have fun with it!

| eat realyl healthy foods, try using the diet tool, cut out dessert and snack if you can. Exercise a lot. Try doing exercises you dont normally do as they will work new muscles and help you burn more calories and burn more fat. hope i helped

thanks a bunch for the advice, it helps.
I finally started losing weight now. I'm the type that needs alot of excersise to lose a little weight. I ran 2 miles and I finally lost 2 lbs. YAA@

| To lose weight, you need to eat the right foods and exercise. Tracking what you eat is a great way to make sure you are making healthy choices. Remember, you are aloud to have a small treat,but you need to work it into your day If you want a chocolate bar, than try to eat a salad for dinner. Make sure you exercise enough aswell. The videos here are great! Losing weight takes a whole lot of time. It took time to gain it, and it will take time for it to disappear. But work hard, and I'm sure you can reach your goal! For motivation, why not watching the biggest loser on Youtube. Seeing those people working so hard and making their bodies change is so inspirational. Good Luck, hope this helped.

I can't seem to lose weight.....I need some major help. I want to lose like (AT LEAST) 15-20 pounds before September 2nd, or August 14th (registraton day for my school)
Please, any advice or tips to help me lose weight???
