Yep, once you get to the point where that weight becomes easier, then you'll want to increase.

| start at a simple low weight like 5 or 10 pounds and slowly work your way up as it becomes easier to dot he repitions.

| Okay sweet thanks :) So also.....would you suggest using heavier weights as the dumbbells become easier for me to lift??

I'd use a weight that allows you to complete 8-12 repetitions of the exercise in good form. And yep, you'd want to use a full-sized towel for the other exercise.

| I am unsure of how heavy a dumbell to use when I do part of my new strength training exercise...a seated dumbbell concentration curl and a seated dumbbell triceps extension. Oh, and for another part of the exercises....you're supposed 2 use a towel to work out your shoulders....is that like a full size towel?? thanks :)
