It has helped my parents, and myself well, so it should be helping if you use it on a regular basis.

I also have one! It definitely helps to do different things on it than to just slide your feet. You can hold onto the handle bars and pull them back so your feet are more in the air, and engage your abs. Thats more of an ab exercise. And if you do the opposite, by pushing yourself forward, so your feet are back, it works your arms. I rarely use the gazelle, only because I get pretty bored on it, but when I do use it, it makes me tired also, so it's working! :) Hope I helped!

Yeah I think it is a good cardio workout!
Way to go with your 10 minutes--that's a great start!

You know that exercise thing called the gazelle? Well I have one of those and I was wondering if that would really do anything. I went on it for like 10 minutes today and it really tired me out. And its more convenient to use than anything else I've tried. So yeah I was just wanting to know if anyone else has used it and had it worked. Tell me what you think, please!
