| I really like the strength training workouts that Spark gives me. In fact, I have one scheduled that I am going to go do in a few minutes lol.

Good job on the running! But you're right, strength training IS important for everyone. Check out our videos in the Fitness Resource Center for tons of ideas. They are all 20 minutes or less. You might also like the Workout Generator too.

| Umm...okay. I am a runner...3-4 days a week, but it is also supposedly good to do strength training in addition to cardio. I wish that I had all the time in the world to exercise, but I really don't....who does??....anyways, I need something fairly quick,not too complicated or frustrating, and only takes about 3 days a week to do (in a short amount of time). Can anyone help???? I'm clueless. thank you!!!! :)
