| Dont look at your weight for about a month and do your regular exercises becuz you could gain weight while losing fat becuz muscle weighs more than fat.

| i usally burn 700 cals a day on my treadmill, just do some in the morning, and some in the afternoon/night

Try not to focus on calories burned. Instead, focus on meeting the guidelines for fitness, which you can find on your Start page (under the my Tools tab) in the article "A Teen's Guide to Exercise & Fitness."
Everyone burns calories at a different rate and everyone's needs are different. So what might be "excessive" for one might be too little for another. I'd say focus on reaching a certain number of minutes and workout sessions per week. Make sense?

If I exercise enough to burn 500 calories a day for all 7 days of the week, is that okay? Or is that excessive?
