Well, it sounds like it's probably strength training. You can use QuickTrack on your Fitness page to just input the minutes of activity that you did, or enter it as an exercise that you "name" yourself on the Strength portion of your fitness tracker. If you have questions about how to do either of those things, you can click the HELP button at the top of any page.
