| I read that the lesson itself is 2 hours long. I figure I'd only be rock climbing for an hour of that though if I subtracted the time spent instructing. My mom told me to call in and get the details. I was just looking into something fun that could also get me in shape

I used to rock climb! It is AWESOME fun and certainly gives your arms and legs a great workout! It can be really difficult at first- don't be surprised if you wake up the next morning and can barely move your arms LOL. Also, it takes a lot of mental strength.

| So I'm thinking of taking rock climbing classes. It comes with a month membership, yoga, and kung fu classes too. I'd be there a minimum of 5 days a week. Does this sound like good exercise? Does anyone here already rock climb? Is it a good workout? Share experiences here
