thanx....cuz i worked my arms and legs and theyre barely sore..just a twinge of pain here and there. :)just wanted to make sure i didnt do something wrong

It depends on the type of exercise that you did. You won't ALWAYS feel sore, and soreness isn't the "sign" that you worked out correctly. What types of exercises are you doing?

If strength training you should wait 1-2 days before strength training the same muscles again.

You probably don't have to rest from cardio exercise, though.

if i exercise my muscles and the next day theyre not sore...what happned?did i do something wrong?any one feel like helping?oh and if theyre not sore is it safe to exercise them the next day?...because i know your muscles need a rest otherwise your not helping them out....anyways i just need some answers.thanx
