Crunches are better than full sit-ups b/c crunches focus on the abdominals more and sit-ups recruit other muscles (like the thighs and hips). Check out the many abs-related articles in the Fitness Resource Center or by searching the box at the very top of the page for "abs." You'll find tons of info and the best exercises that way!
