I just got turbo jam three days ago. Today was my second day using it. I also got the maximum results package. One thing I noticed about myself is that it tires me out. All I've done so far is the Learn and Burn and the 20 minute workout. The ONLY way I can get through the whole 20 minute workout is by taking a short break right before the Turbo. And even then I'm so worn out I dont kick or punch as effectively.
Can anyone tell me what I should do about this? I haven't even attempted the Cardio Party, because its 45 minutes long and I know I won't be able to do it.

| Okay cool, thanks. :] I ordered that package thing, it was kind of expensive, but that's okay, I'm excited to try it now!

I agree, the fat blaster is my favorite out of all the TJ collections.
I got defined legs, arms, and tummy from using it after just two weeks, no lie! Be careful when you first try it, because most people go too rough during the kickboxing moves and result in an injury when they first try it.

I love TurboJam, especially the Fat Blaster one. It totally makes you feel like you did a good workout in the end! Me and my Mom do it together and it's fun.

| i have found that it works so different other people, i love it. there are so many types also, so if you like it you won't run out of options. my mom though can not seem to get her heart rate when she does it. i don't know what the difference between us is, but it is huge. i would say it is not good if you have weak knees.

| Hey there, so I was wondering, how many of you have tried turbo jam and seen results? I just bought it, and I don't want to get it it and have it be a hoax.
