well if you have a pool. or know someone who does. theres a whole body workout right there! walk/jog around your neighborhood!-once again works the whole body. :) go to borders or barnes& nobel and find exercise books thats what i do. crunches for abs, leg stretches to target thighs and squats for butt exercises. or running up and down your stairs works too hahaha. hope i helped! :D
