Heath- Well, the only way to get stronger is to keep lifting! Do as many reps as you can of each exercise until you can't continue in good form anymore. Then rest from that exercise for 1-2 days and try again. Over time, try to do more reps and then once you can do about 15 or so, you're ready to lift a heavier weight.
Good luck! You have to start somewhere, so keep at it!
