H-
Just checked out your SparkPage and current/goal weights. That kind of weight loss doesn't sound healthy to me--are you sure that you need to lose weight? How tall are you?

Well, the only way to get stronger is to keep lifting! Do as many reps as you can of each exercise until you can't continue in good form anymore. Then rest from that exercise for 1-2 days and try again. Over time, try to do more reps and then once you can do about 15 or so, you're ready to lift a heavier weight.

Good luck! You have to start somewhere, so keep at it!

I can't even lift a 5lb dumbbell during strength traing without some strain. :(

My arms are on the thin side and fairly flabby so:

-How can I strengthen and tone them?
