Pilates is fantastic. I do it and my tummy's getting there! :] In the 20 minute Pilates workout, there's this one exercise called "the bicycle", I do 30 extra of those after the video. You can REALLY feel it working! If you don't have the video, but want to know what to do, just sparkmail me and I can explain if you'd like!

I've heard that Pilates is great for core strength. I haven't personally tried it thought, sorry.

toning up your stomach? It's the main area I want to tone and I wanted to know an exercise (that you've tried.) that really tones your stomach fast. Any suggestions? Thanks. =)
