| yeah i heard jump rope burns alot too but the thing is i cant jump rope! so is jumping jacks just as good?? swimming burns alot of calories too and its fun!!!

| i'd say running (6.7 mph or more)and jumproping
|

| I hear vigerous swimming is at the top of the list. But I personaly like biking. its good enough for me and burns plenty.

| i really like jump rope...i looked at a list of exercises in an article and out of like 10, jump rope burnt the most cals...

| i've heard swimming is the hardest exercise and kills the most calories

2 major calorie burners are stair-climbing and jump rope. i think they burn around 100 calories every 10 min!i also think they might be the top calories burners. correct me if im wrong.
running, hiking and biking are also intense calorie burners.

Swimming and kickboxing. Running is good as well.

| if you have access to a gym , the elliptical burns a good amount of calories (when you use resistance), and also swimming
|

roller blades, running, going up and down on stairs
|

| running . if you cant do that do the article on 5 k in the fitness section. it starts with walking and jogging.
