It sounds like that's just how you're made- a lot of people have shoulder bones like that, so I wouldn't worry about it being dangerous. You just don't have a lot of excess fat in that area.
You can't really control how much muscle you gain in that specific area, and you can't change your bone structure. But as long as you're exercising regularly (and including upper body strength training in that), you're on the right track.

how do i broaden my shoulders?
i can feel the tip of the bone in my shoulders... the back of the shoulders... at the end of the shoulders... that bone is never getting covered. it is exposed and is dangerous as i may hit against something and fracture that bone...
please suggest any exercises to cover up the bone and the end of the shoulder... and also to widen my shoulders.
i am a 17 year old boy. i do exercise...but that bone is not getting covered.
