should i take a break from doing streches and crunches and situps on weekends cuz i feel gross if i don't get them done like i do them all week pretty much but i would like a break but it feels like if i dont get them done that i will gain weight or something and especialy on weekends when some ppl binge and stuff im just tryin to tone my body up and maintain my weight sorta thing
