If you click on Healthy Lifestyle at the top of the page and go to Fitness, you'll find exercise demos there. The section called "core exercises" will target your lower back as well as your abdominals. Also make sure you're using proper form when doing the other exercises and not using weight that's too heavy. Either of those would cause your lower back to hurt which it shouldn't if you're doing them right.

i do exercise for shoulders and chest and upper body. then my lower back is smaller and thinner and it sort of hurts when doing the exercises. i think i need to bulid the lower back as well... how do i do it?
