Hunter- It's really not that complicated. Our nutrition plan is based on what you set your goals as during the setup of your account, allowing you to lose up to 1 pound per week if you're overweight. So all you have to do is follow the Nutrition plan and the Fitness plan to reach the goals that you set.
There's no "rule" that you should or have to burn 500 calories a day to lose weight. Our fitness program assumes you'll exercise 3 days a week, and it will allow you to reach your goals with 3 days of exercise per week. Don't worry about the math--our program does that for you.
Make sense?

Hey there, so I just printed off this weeks workout routine I got from myfitness page, and so I was wondering, It says i need to burn 153 a day, along with my strength exercises, but that only equals about 500 calories for those three days, I thought i was supposed to be burning 500 a day when exercising?? I want to lose weight, and I know that 3500 equals one pound, so how many calories am I supposed to be burning?!?!? Should I stick with myfitness plan or what? HELP
