You don't feel the walk causee your body is accostomed to it. But the cardio may be something that your body isn't used to. Challenge yourself to do the cardio and a few weeks later it will be a whatever thing. When I used the eliptical I was like, OmG! I can't breathe!' But then a few weeks later I was like, that was easy!

I walk 20 mins to school and 20 mins back, mostly at a fast pace. but i never feel like i have done anything, but when i go to do some cardio i can only do it for 5 mins and i feel like i will pass out. why is this happening?
