| You can log it however you want to, like you said here. Or for more detail you can put each individual exercise in--it's really up to you.

Everything you've listed here is strength training, but the jumping jacks are cardio.

| Put stretching or warm up cause before you go for a run or bike ride you do stuff like that.

| BUT I don't know what to record it under. I did crunches, jumping jacks, leg raises, push up, wall push ups, uh...I can't really remeber but a lot of different stuff. I most of the time just put down "Walking" "Dances" "exercise videos" but this is the first time I've ever really done it by myself just randomly and not do it for only like 5 minutes. So is it cardio strath what? Thanks! :)
