Well then i'm SERTAINLY trying it I've got nothing to loose (except maybe three inches lol) I sure hope it works maybe I can go swimming and feel great. :D Thanks for posting!! :)

I'm sure that's not the reason they lost the 3 inches. If they ate the healthy diet, then that's probably what did it. And, don't forgo the exercise to swishing your hips, although it can be fun to hula. :)

I am serious. My cousin and friends ate a healthy diet and did that every morning and in about 6 weeks, they lost 3 inches

Okay. if you shake or wiggle your hips for 5-10 minutes each day, in 6 weeks you'll lose 3 inches off your waste line! Woo! I am so going to do that.
