| I've been swimming a lot to help me with this problem, plus push-ups and tricep dips. So far so good.

| hey well. mine are pretty small. like youd look at them and think we she must be a weakling! my arms are very thin and dainty looking..but when i flex you can see that its alllll muscle. and its not buff looking either! it just in good shape. sooo.....you can try what im about to say, but you might get a little muscle. which isnt really a bad thing. :) so...heres what i do hopefully it not too confusing. sit cross-legged or with your legs straigh out in front of you.. and you know how you would put your hands on the floor kind of behind you for support? well. do that and just with your hands still behind you.. move both hands towards eachother...youll really feel the burn. but wait it gets better. lean back and allow your hands to slide back as well. palms facing down the whole time so it attacks the back upper part of your arms. go as far as you feel comfortable.. but id say go as far as until you feel it stretching good enough and in no time youll start to see a difference! itll probly be like a week.. maybe less! but i wouldnt do that , get your arms exactly like you want and then just stop. gotta keep up with it! :) hope i helped!!

| you need to lose fat. you cannot spot reduce. do a combo of cardio and strength training a couple times a week to see results.

| Well the only thing that I would really say is to tone them, and to do that, you do need to build muscle there. Muscle will make them leaner, and take off that flabbiness, if you even have any. Good luck!

What are some exercises that I can do that can help me slim my arms down?
I don't want to gain muscle there in the process. I really just want them to be slimmer, and slender. Maybe dainty is the right word...ha, I don't know.
Know of anything I can do?
