Here is something i love to do say if im feeling lazy, or on my period. I have a Lateral Thigh trainer system, and when im sitting at the computer, i just exercise my legs and thighs by using the system in the same way i would do it standing up, but only by putting my feet on the stepper and pushing normally, if you know what i mean. I think its a great way to exercise your legs, extremely easy, plus its very movtivating, as i was doing it for about two hours last night whilst i was on MSN to my friends. :D Its a simple thing to do, but i love it.
