Well, you'll learn more as you go. You basically want to do at least one exercise for each muscle group. I recommend that you read the Teen's Guide to Fitness that you'll find on your Start page. Also, check out the Workout Generator in the Fitness Resource Center as well as our other workouts and videos--these plan workouts for you so that you don't have to guess about what and how much to do.
