Hi Adele- There's no such thing as "spot training," which means you can't choose where your body will lose weight or target certain areas to reduce fat there. Cardio (aerobic) exercise burns fat from all over the body--so just because you run, for example, that doesn't mean you're losing fat in the legs. You're losing it everywhere. Cardio really is the key for weight loss, but strength training is important too--target every muscle area, not just problem spots like this one.
