Hi Candy- Well I hope you're not eating 1,000 calories a day--that's not nearly enough. Always aim for at least 1,800 or whatever your plan tells you (for some people, it's more).
Weight maintenance is a tricky thing. For one, I'd recommend resetting your goals for weight maintenance to find out how much you should be eating to maintain and not lose (it might be more). Then, go to your Fitness Tracker and input how much exercise you actually do on the fitness options. If you walk 3 times a week, then put that in. This is an important step b/c the amount of calories you burn during the week will affect how much you should eat.
Remember that fitness isn't just for weight loss. Everyone should aim for a minimum of 3 cardio days a week and 2 strength training sessions a week. Keep that up and watch your diet and you'll be fine.
