One thing you could do is break your workout up into 10 minute segments throughout the day. So instead of having to do 30 minutes all at once, you could do 10 minutes before school, 10 minutes after, then 10 later in the evening if that works better for you.

My name is Alissa, and today I'm actually going to buckle down and start exercising and eating more healthy. I really would like to start working out for 30 minutes a day, but in the morning before school, I'm SO tired, and then afterwards I'm exhausted, and I go to bed really early. Anything I can do to fit in this 30 minutes a day?
