Watch your posture and keep your abs in tight. When your lower back hurts during exercises like these, it usually means your abs aren't strong enough to help support your body and help you balance. So, the lower back takes over and it can become sore and fatigued. Work on strengthening your abs and core regularly, but also make sure you're not leaning forward or back during the exercises in this video--pull your belly button in tight towards your back.
Hope that helps,

I just recently tried the 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Workout, and I found that while I was doing the exercises I was feeling them more in my lower back than in my thighs and glutes...am I doing them wrong?
