| WELL I DO A LOT OF workouts THAT I GET FROM HERE FOR EX 15 MIN abs BUTT BLASTING WORKOUT 10MIN JUMP ROPE CARDIO 15 MIN DESK WORKOUT BOOTCAMP 1 (I REALLY LIEK IT) HIPS & THIGHS AND I WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN LOSE WEIGHT BY DOING ALL THESE EXERCISES EVERYDAY AND IF THEY COUNT AS STRENGHT OR CARDIO?
