Like everyone said, and it is because it's working; think positive. If you accomplish something, even if it's small, give yourself credit and try to achieve something a little bigger next time.

I totallyy know how you feel with that one,but I just work out and stuff than I feel happier I dont know like refreshed.
Well think optimisticly,it could be worse. My mom always told me about how she was handycapped and was made fun of her whole life and never felt good enough. She says at least god gave you two hands unlike me. Which really helps me think about.. hey im lucky. think postive sweetie helps alot.(:

Beth- I think a lot of people struggle with these issues throughout their lives. One thing I've done is that I stop looking at magazines that glorify unrealistic bodies. I find that when I'm not looking at stuff like that all the time, then I don't feel bad about myself for not looking like them. Here are a few links to get you started:
so i wish i had more confidence and self esteem. how can i accomplishment that? i've tried so hard but it seems i can never actually conquer that problem. i think it all revolves around the way i look at myself in the mirror, thinking i am not good enough. i feel like i need to lose weight and be model skinny like the magazines show. but then that doesn't seem to healthy.. what can i do to tyr and impropve my outlook on myself?
