Hey! I have scoliosis too, except my spinal curve only goes around 15 degrees. Still, my doctor gave me some stretches and exercises I could do to make sure I'm not making hurting my back any more than it is. You should try to get a personal trainer for a few lessons, until you learn all the exersices s/he suggests, and then you can go off on your own. Mine altered general exercises to make me do more reps with one side of my body than the other with different weights to try and balance me out. Hope this helps!

Hi Alice- Because you have scoliosis, you have to work with your doctor to find out what exercises you can and can't do--we can't recommend anything for you.
I hope that helps answer your question.

Hi!
I'm 14 years old, and I have a pretty nasty case of Scoliosis. 34 degrees. The inside scoop is that I have an orthopedic belt and have to do all kinds of exercises to help my back - strengthen my back muscles. Soo yes! I need advice on what exercises I should do, and if there is any way at all to input that I have a health problem anywhere in my program settings. Or at least set it so it doesn't give me exercise that requires equipment. I'm equip-less. ;)
Thanks in advance! -Alice
