| Agreed with Ember. Just try and get as much rest as possible your body really needs it especially when trying to fight off an infection.

rest for at lease 24 hours, you can't fight your sickness when you are using all your energy working out try eating a lot of vitamin C, orange juice and oranges and stuff on your day off, then the next day work out if you feel better

| I am sick with a sore throat, runny nose and headaches and its just a little cold but I still want to work out but it is really hard because I have like, no energy to work out my usual 40 minutes, any tips?
