Hey dont worry your not the only one im exactly the same and it is awful when you feel like you hasve no control. but i am gradually getting batter.
My advice is to eat 3 meals a day and say to your self once i have had my meal thats it until the next i will not have anything else inbetween. it might be easier said than done but the first few dys will be the hardest. buy your selfe some chewing gum and straight after the meal have some gum this ways it will get rid of the taste of food and you wont want to eat then because of the mint flavour. or you could brush your teeth after. also keep your self busy, do something you like for example if you like dancing go and put some music on load and have a dance round no one cn see you so why not have a bit of fun and youl soon forget about food. remeber you control your body not the other ways round your the boss and you say what goes. I'm sure you will succeed and good luck to you =]

I have this really weird problem and I don't know how to fix it. I've been really overeating a lot and I can't stop, even when I'm not hungry. And it's really scary because it's like I'm not in control of my body and I'm watching myself eat in a slow motion movie. I tell my self to stop but it's like the signal doesn't go from my brain to my hands fast enough and while the message is moving in slow motion, I'm continuing to stuff my face in real time. By the time I can snap back into control and actually stop eating, I've already eaten SOOOOO much and then, me being an emotional eater, I feel bad and then eat some more to cover my guilt. I don't know what to do,
