The meal plans can be followed exactly so you don't have to worry about how many calories and nutrients you are getting since it is calculated in line with your program. Or, you can use it as a guide to help you make sure you are getting all you need. You can make substitutions either in the program (by clicking on the food item) or on your own but this gives you a guide to planning a well balanced meal that meets your needs.

| I personally dont follow the meal plan because i dont like alot of the foods that they have on there and i drink alot more milk than they ever put on there and eat alot more fruit and stuff. But yes the meal plans are acurate, and they are very well balanced. I would trust them. I have done a couple of days on the meal plan myself, and it makes it alot easier to meat your nutrition goals. But again you dont have to as long as what you eat is well balanced.

| does anyone here actually follow their meal plan? it seems like everyone pretty much eats what they want rather than what their meal plan says.. mine is a little hard for me to meet, i don't know should i trust it? are they accurate? i'm new so sorry if this is repetitive
