| i work at a small hotel as a cleaner but everytime i try a routine i go off track i can't stick to a routine

Do you work or have a daily routine? The easiest way is to begin a daily routine and small positive steps. Many times people give up because everything seems overwhelming. Focus on the exercise first and getting a routine for that and then in a week or so you can tackle the next part.

| well for a start i don't go to school but its the eating and exercise thats the problem its so hard to stick to it i try and try but everytime i fail

It depends on what is getting hard. For instance, if getting 8 cups of water a day are difficult (that is one I have trouble with) try having 2 cups before school, 2 cups at lunch time, 2 cups after school and 2 cups after dinner.
If exercise is the hard one, try to take advantage of the opportunities you have to make the most of them. For instance, run up steps when you have to use them to send your heart rate up for a burst. Walk briskly to and from the bus to get a spike. Have your parents park in the back of the parking lot and walk briskly to the door. Take a walk after dinner each evening with a parent, neighbor or friend and use that as an opportunity to talk and catch up on the day.
