He may outline his thoughts and research in his new book, YOU ON A DIET that he was promoting. For teens, specific foods are not as worth focusing on as portion control, limiting fats and empty calories from sugars and getting all the nutrients you need while being active regularly. Adults need to worry more about health and body specifics perhaps a bit and that is the target of his new book.

My mom was watching tv the other day, and if you know who Dr. Oz is, he was talking about how people with pear shapes can get away with eating more fruits than people with apple body types, who can get away with potatoes/starchy things. Can anyone tell me more about this?
