It could be that you have moved where it is distributed. It is great that you are not weighing yourself and now try not to over analyze and focus so much on your body.

Keep stiving to eat 2000 or more calories every day from nutritious food choices, avoid over exercising, and begin to evaluate other things about yourself - how your hair looks and feels, how well you are sleeping, how much better you are concentrating in school etc.

Ok, so i've been trying to do better and increase my calories. And i have. But judging by my jeans (I dont own a scale) I've LOST weight. How is this possible?
