If you have set up your Spark Teen program it tells you what your recommended calorie/energy intake should be. From your home page click the "MY NUTRITION" link and then scroll down to the bottom and you will see your program recommendations for many key nutrients. You can use the food tracker a few times each week to check and see how you are doing and where to make changes.
You can turn off the meal plans or use them as a guide to the kinds of foods to select and the portion size to select.

Check your BMR, or Basil Metobolic Rate. There are some internet ones, but those dont really mean much because they dont take into account your muscle mass, ect. If your dying to know you'll have to go to a doctor for that one. I dont know if this site has one, but many like www.thedailyplate.com have BMI calculators that also tell you how much you should eat a day to loose 1 lb a week.
Just know that the average teen should be eating around 1800 and you should be good.
