Here are some healthy snack ideas to do when you're bored.
1. Baby carrots and fat free dip
2. Celery
3. in-sell pistachios
4. smoothies
5. berries alone or in yogurt
6. A hard boiled egg
7. Hummus with pita chips
8. a V8
9. Cottage cheese, alone or with fruit.
10. Better yet, put some on a whole grain mini bagel
11. Cut an apple in half. Core it, and sprinkle it with cinimon and a bit of honey (or splenda). Nuke it in the microwave until soft. Careful, it'll be hot! Tastes like apple pie filling. Mmmmm...

I'm not a picky eater, and I'm usually okay with sticking to my plans.
But the only thing that's kept me from eating healthy and loosing weight it that I dont know how to read labels.
I dont know what a healthy percentage and what's not a good amount of food to eat. and sticking to diets is tough when your parents dont have the money to buy the healthy stuff.
I will admit, I mostly binge eat when i'm bored. And ideas on food i can snack or what is good to loose weight?
Thanks. =D.
